A little about me…

I have been involved in breeding and showing dogs for in excess of 25 years, then taking a long break after the last of my dogs retired. I have had many breeds but by far the easiest and most fun are the Dachshunds. I don’t show anymore as Im not young and my dogs whilst quality and purebred are not registered. They are first and foremost my beloved family who live in the house with me. I have a boutique breeding program now concentrating on long haired black dacshunds which according to Google is the rarest kind. I am also going to breed Beth to Kit who is a tri colour pied longhair and we should get something very beautiful. I love all my babies and cry when they leave, they grow up in the house starting life in my walk in wardrobe and graduating at 4 weeks to the lounge room. From there they learn interaction with people and other dogs. They are ready to leave between 10-12 weeks depending on the individual puppy.

Until recently Freidrich had a Facebook page which included a blog written by him & lots of fun videos, however after being hacked Facebook removed it and I was unable to do anything about it. Ive now lost 7 years of photos, memories and friends so if you were one of our 340+ followers please reach out and contact us. We would love to hear from you. At some stage Freidrich will be learning to write a blog on this web page as well.
